Product design
We design, develop and detail all the parts a vehicle is composed by. All the sheet metal and plastic parts are in our competence.
If required we define the electric layout as well.
Our skills cover chassis, underbody, upperbody, dashboard, interior and exterior trim.
Product regulations and BOM
Regulations and ergonomics requirements checking, part list and Bill of Material management are integrated into the development workflow.
Product manufacturing
All the parts are developed following manufacturing requirement coming from pressing, molding and assembly experts
